RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Although we are certain that you will be thrilled with our product, we understand that seeking to return an item is sometimes necessary. Please find the details of our return policy below.

Refunding of Pre-orders

All pre-orders are refundable at any time prior to the ship date minus transaction fees. You will be refunded $271 when you have paid with a credit or debit card, $255 when you have paid with PayPal Credit, and $254 when you have paid with Afterpay.

Partial Refunds of Returns

Partial refunds can be issued up to 120 days after purchase upon receipt of the returned item. The amount of your purchase refunded will depend on your original method of payment, how much of the product has been used, and shipping costs for the returned item. Please use our refund calculator to get an estimate of the refund amount your return will be eligible for. After filling out the return form, your request will be processed within 2 business days. If you have requested a shipping label for your return, it will be sent to the email address you provided. After we receive, process, and verify the details of your return, your refund will be issued. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to post to your account.

We reserve the right to monitor and address abuse of our refund policy. We retain the right to deny subsequent refunds and/or the ability to place further orders with us.
